Tank Regulators CAD ZDSPB.com > Tech index > CAD file post > Tank Regulators

These models are for bottomline "screw-in" tank regulators. They all use 1/2-NPS "tank threads" and mate with an ASA adapter. There are no official specifications for the ASA connection, so every developer has their own minor variations used in their design.

Smart Parts Max-Flo manifold regulator
Created by: Ydna
Description: This regulator was used between 1998-2003 on Shocker Sports, Ultimate-package Shocker SFTs (2003 only), and classic Impulses. A variation of this was also used as the classic Impulse vertical regulator until around 2004. The adjustment endcap has changed a few times over the years, one version of which is modeled here (what I refer to as the "2000 series" short endcap). The same components were also used with the Max-Flo 4500 tank systems, and the short-lived Max-Flo 3000 systems. I don't have the models up for the actual "manifold" components though.
Update: O-rings added in September 2014.

Description: Assembly model for a Max-Flo Inline adjustable regulator system. The parts used in this model are the high-pressure output version with a smaller piston and surrounding housing.
Updated in September 2014 to reflect the two-piece poppet with an o-ring imbedded in the middle.
