These are some template models that can be used to gage approximate solenoid size when used in an assembly. At the moment I don't have any completed assembly models of solenoids available (with the solenoid internals) since the models I'm currently using are either inaccurate or copyrighted. These demo files should do in the meantime.

Part: DM3 solenoid
Thumb
Created by: Ydna
Description: SMC solenoid used in the DM3, previous Matrix markers, DM4/DM5/DMC, and Quests as well. SMC part number VQZ1151K-9G-X86.

Part: Humphrey CRCB solenoid
Thumb
Created by: Ydna
Description: Humphrey high-pressure CRCB solenoid. This is a model for the base-mounted version, which is Humphrey model -0051w. The solenoid used in SP markers (-0045w) is similar, however the protruding top section for the electronics is shaped differently to allow it an interface with the Shocker's upper board.

Part: Humphrey CRCB-0051w solenoid
Thumb
Created by: Baldusi
Description: Same as above CRCB-0051w file, except a SolidWorks part file.

Part: Humphrey H040-4E1-48W solenoid
Thumb
Created by: Ydna
Description: This once-common four-way solenoid has reasonable flow volume, features a manual override, and is relatively small in size compared to other similar valves. This specific solenoid model is used in Alias Intimidators but has other uses as well (a very similar solenoid is used in 2004+ AKALMP markers for instance).

Part: Humphrey H040-4E1-48W solenoid
Thumb
Created by: Baldusi
Description: Same as above, except a SolidWorks part file.

Part: Humphrey HA041-E1 solenoid
Thumb
Created by: Ydna
Description: Humphrey three-way solenoid. This was used by the ICD Bushmaster BK0 but has other applications too, since it's a well contained little three-way pilot solenoid. Uses a base mount to connect to the marker.

Part: Humphrey HEA10-F5-GL solenoid
Thumb
Created by: Baldusi
Description: Another workhorse solenoid from Humphrey, this model used in the Promaster and Alias Intimidators. This solenoid uses threaded barbs.

Part: Humphrey HEA10-A5-GL solenoid
Thumb
Created by: Baldusi
Description: Base mount version of the HEA10 series valve. This version is used in the Freestyle, 05 Interceptor, and newer Bushmasters to replace the previous Parker solenoids they formally used.

Part: Humphrey HEB10A4-GL-102W solenoid
Thumb
Created by: Seth "TheIdeaGuy"
Description: Base mount HEB solenoid, three-way version of the similar Humphrey solenoids, used in the Protomatrix Rail marker. The L/H/W, mounting points, and ports are correct (except for the pilot's exhaust port on bottom).

Part: MAC 44 series solenoid
Thumb
Created by: Ydna
Description: Mac Valve series 44 solenoid (four-way). This is used on Rainmakers as well as AKALMP markers after having been modified a little. The ports are 10-32 thread.

Part: MAC 43 series threaded solenoid
Thumb
Created by: Ydna
Description: Mac Valve series 43 solenoid (four-way). These solenoids are smaller than the older 44 version, however require more energy draw and are a bit more constricting in terms of flow volume. This version demo model is for the M3 threaded version.

Part: MAC 33 series NC threaded solenoid
Thumb
Created by: Ydna
Description: Mac Valve series 33 solenoid (three-way, normally closed). These solenoids are similar to their 43 series four-way counterparts, except the spool size has been reduced, making it a three-way normally-closed valve. This version demo model is for the M3 threaded version.

Part: ASCO vented 51801137 solenoid
Thumb
Created by: Ydna
Description: ASCO solenoid sold by airsoldier.com. These solenoids use M3 threaded barbs to connect, and have big honking exhaust ports drilled inot the sizes (instead of the top or bottom like many similar valves).

Part: Parker KxH01 solenoid
Thumb
Created by: Ydna
Description: Parker K-series solenoid demo. This is a model that will work with any K-series base-mounted valve. The similar M3 threaded version (used in Intimidators) is virtually the same, except the two output ports are located on top of the spool housing.
