Description: This file contains the following 3d solid parts: bolt, breech, fire chamber, bolstop. Quoth the author: I have successfully used this model to design new valves that fit into an Ion, so hopefully all the important dimensions are be accurate enough for most users.
Bolt: includes the HE dual o-ring modification on its tail.
Boltstop: Inside o-ring groove diameter is an approximation based on the Parker o-ring design manual.
Fire chamber: The inside depth is rough, as is the ID step diameter and ther leading angle behind the boltstop. These aren't critical dimensions though. Additionally the area under the swivel donut isn't complete (o-rings and c-clip groove).
Breech: Inside o-ring grooves are approximations but close enough to be worthy.
