Compatibiliy:
Shocker SFT and NXT trgigers are not interchangeable. You must purchase the correct NXT trigger or you will loose some functionality with the trigger adjustments.

Aftermarket Triggers:
The Shocker comes with a chamfered, curved blade stock trigger, but aftermarket varieties are soon to be available.

At the moment there are no aftermarket triggers available. As they become released I will try to add them to the page. Let me know if I miss any.

Trigger Removal/Installation:
You may find the need to remove your trigger if large amounts of dirt or debris get clogged between it and the frame. Alternately, trigger removal is required in order to install an aftermarket trigger, obviously. Here are steps to take:
- It is possible to remove and reinstall the trigger without taking the rest of the marker apart. However, it will be easier to do if you remove the frame from the body. That is what I describe in this paragraph.
1. Remove the grips and disconnect the wire harness from the lower board. Separate the frame from the body by removing the two frame screws (5/32" allen wrench with stock NXT frame), gently set the body aside.
2. Remove the threaded trigger pin using a 1/16" allen wrench. This is the small screw located directly above the trigger in the frame, on the left side only.
The trigger will then slide down and out from the frame, however you may wish to unscrew a few of the trigger's set screws if they are adjusted too far out (specifically, the pre-travel screw). If you have a lot of difficulty, use a 5/64" allen wrench to remove the trigger rest component from behind the trigger; this will make removal easier.
3. Once the trigger is out, slide in the new trigger and reinstall the threaded trigger pin. Some triggers require different instructions (such as the CP roller trigger, refer to their instructions if necessary). When reinstalling the trigger, aim the return spring so that it gets hooked inside the top of the trigger rest. If you removed the trigger rest prior to installing the new trigger, reinstall it now and pay the same attention to aligning the trigger spring with the top of the rest.
Adjust the trigger set screws to your preference.
4. Reconnect the frame with the body, while being sure not to pinch the wire harness during reassembly. Reconnect the wire harness and reinstall the two frame screws.
