This regulator was used between 1998-2003 on Shocker Sports, Ultimate-package Shocker SFTs, and Impulses. The adjustment endcap has changed a few times over the years, one of which versions is available here. The same components were also used with the Max-Flo 4500 tank systems, and the short-lived Max-Flo 3000 systems. I don't have the models up for the actual "manifold" components though.
