At this time I have still not written an updated solenoid maintenance guide for Shocker Sports or Impulses. You can refer to the guide for Shocker/Nerve Parker solenoid maintenance since the solenoids are identical. Ignore the parts about the upper circuit board since Shocker Sports and Impulses don't have that feature.
Above is a video for Shocker SFT/Nerve solenoid maintenance. Again, the solenoids are the same, just the lack of upper circuit board.
