The body on these is the tallest of all PL Shockers out there. It's so tall, in fact, that the very top is machined separately then attached to the main part of the body later on.

Please note that the red Strange Shocker seen at the 2003 World Cup is not what the production version looks like (this was referred to as the 2003 Strange Shocker). This was just a quick milling redesign that was done so the gun would be ready for Cup.
