Marker leaking/shooting troubleshooting:
This work is handled on a request basis since I don't provide it as much as with the SP markers. Contact if you're having a problem and I will let you know if we can be of assistance with your particular issue.
Pre-sale or post-sale rebuilds for all markers cost $25.
Electronics repair:
· Battery connector repair ($5) - This is the general price for 9v battery connector-related problems. This incluses reattaching wires to the mainboard, splicing a broken or cut wire, or replacing the battery snap itself. For non-SP boards that use battery connectors, I can splice the wires but sometimes can't replace the whole connector if it needs to be done (I don't stock parts for all markers out there).
· Trigger microswitch repair ($12) - Replacement of a broken trigger microswitch. This is a repair for boards that have the trigger switch mounted perpendicular to them, or any marker using a "relocated" switch (switch attaches to the board using wires). Please specify either a 25 gram or slightly heavier 80 gram switch when you send the board in. This repair applies to any marker using a "subminiature" switch, which is just about everything except 98 Custom E-Bolt kits, pVI Shockers (can be modified to work with them anyway), First-generation King Cobra, and scarce others.
· Circuit (IC) component repair ($10-15) - This is the cost to replace a broken circuit component on the circuit board. This could be a resistor, diode, transistor, or some other part. These problems are uncommon, but not completely unheard-of. The cost is $10 for most repairs however parts that must first be special-ordered cost an additional $5 (contact for details).
· AKALMP wire pigtail component repair ($10) this is the charge for repairing or replacing the wire pigtail used on any AKALMP board.
Custom Modifications:
· Visible eye mods - This is a red "laser" eye mod for just about every marker out there that uses a 3mm emitter lens (AKALMP, DM4/5, etc.). Default color is red, some boards can use other colors but not all can.
· AKALMP LED relocation ($15) - This involves installing a new LED (color of your choice) someplace else on the marker, such as the rear of the frame. Includes cost for the new wire pigail.
