General disassembly and tune-up:
This is the standard fee for any shooting/leaking problems, and can also be added onto other repairs if the marker needs a good cleaning and regreasing. Any shooting/leaking problems will require this fee as a minimum (labor charge). The general tune-up includes the following tasks:
· Service for the marker, regulator, and stock solenoid.
· Basic disassembly of the components, cleaning and re-greasing the o-rings and other seals.
· Includes the labor charge for repairing leaking/shooting problems.
· Replacment of any damaged or worn o-rings.
· Adjusting dwell to an optimal level.
· Cost for replacement parts, should you need them, is not included. There may be added charges to remedy some problems you may be experiencing, depending on the issue (I would quote you before installing the part). Contact for a specific quote.
General tune-up costs $10 for the Ion.

Complete disassembly and rebuild:
This is an upgraded service from the "general" tune-up. The complete disassembly and rebuild is most often used for newly-purchased used markers, or alternately for markers that are about to be sold or traded off (which will hopefully add to the selling price). This service involves the following:
· Service for the marker, regulator(s), and all available solenoids.
· Complete disassembly of all pneumatic components; thorough cleaning to remove all accessible debris, moisture, or grease.
· Complete rebuild of all standard o-rings on the entire marker and regulator.
· Replacing hoses isn't included, but they are cheap to replace if necessary.
· Includes the labor charge for repairing leaking/shooting problems as well.
· Adjustment of dwell and all other electronic settings to their optimal levels (any board).
· Cost for replacement parts, should you need them, is not included. There may be added charges to remedy some problems you may be experiencing, depending on the issue. Contact me for a specific quote.
· This service requires approximately 20-40 minutes of downtime, or more if there is a persistent problem.
Complete disassembly/rebuild costs $20 for the Ion.

Ion stripped frame repair:
In some cases I am able to retap damaged threads in Ion frames and breech sections. The cost for this service is $10 if successful (the cost for a replacement air fitting is extra, if you need one). There's of course no charge if the part can't be repaired, but you do have to pay return shipping.

Electronics repair:
· Battery connector repair ($5) - This is the general price for 9v battery connector-related problems. This incluses reattaching wires to the mainboard, splicing a broken or cut wire, or replacing the battery snap itself.
· Trigger microswitch repair ($15) - Replacement of a broken trigger microswitch. This unfortunately costs a little more for Ion stock boards because the switch is a little more difficult to reach. Please specify either a 25 gram (stock) or slightly heavier 80 gram switch when you send the board in. This repair applies to all boards available for the Ion at the moment.

· Circuit (IC) component repair ($10-15) - This is the cost to replace a broken circuit component on the circuit board. This could be a resistor, diode, transistor, or some other part. These problems are uncommon, but not completely unheard-of. The cost is $10 for most repairs however parts that must first be special-ordered cost an additional $5 (contact for details).
· Power button repair ($10) - This is for repairing the actual button on the surface of the board. The repair can only be guaranteed if both the solder pads are intact (contact if you're unsure) however we can usually repair it even if the pads are damaged/missing. This repair applies to the stock, Blackheart, Tadao Raider, Lucky, and APE boards (no T-board repair; contact SD if you need your T-board repaired).

· Eye wire harness connector replacement ($10) - This repair involves installing a new eye wire harness connector on the board. If your current one broke off then you'll need this; otherwise you'll also need this if one or more of the pins inside the connector has been bent down. This repair can be done on the mainboard or the daughterboard and applies to all mainboards and all daughterboards out there.

· Solenoid capacitor repair ($15) - The capacitor can be damaged if the grip panel screws are screwed in too far. This is the cost for installing a new one.

Custom Modifications:
· Pulse RF transmitter install ($5) - Cost for installing the RF transmitter connector onto an Ion solenoid. At the moment we don't stock the connectors so you'll have to provide it.
· Stock bolt de-venturi mod ($10) - This service involves removing the venturi face from your current bolt. This is a mod for the stock bolt only. The mod removes a noticeable amount of weight from the total bolt mass; approximately 6-7 grams, depending on specifics of the modification. This mod is performed on a CNC lathe.

· Tadao LED relocation ($15) - This involves installing a relocated LED somewhere else on the marker (price includes the new wire pigtail). Choose from any color LED you want except purple (they're not bright enough to be useful). I only perform this mod for the Tadao Ion raider board, I don't perform it for any other board including the stock boards, please don't ask.

Depending on the LED that is used, most of the time the stock Ion jewel LED will still light up.
· Membrane mod - no longer available.
