| GAUGES, HOSE, AND FITTINGS
Listed on this page are pneumatic hose, fittings, gauges, and other items related to pneumatics.
Air Fittings:
| Norgren's nickel-plated brass style macroline fittings. These are appropriate for use on any marker using macroline and 1/8" NPT threaded connections. The fittings will accept a standard 1/4" hose. A layer of thread sealant paste is pre-applied, so you won't have to use threadlocker the first time the fitting is installed. |
Macroline fitting, fixed elbow - $4.50/ea
These fixed elbow fittings won't move or swivel once installed into position, and use a lower profile than the swiveling type. Nerve and Shocker SFT vertical Max-Flo regs should use this fixed fitting, instead of the swivel type.

Macroline fitting, swivel elbow - $5/ea
These are 360º swiveling elbows that can rotate around toward any direction. These fitting types are suitable for most situations.
Macroline fitting, straight - $4/ea
These are straight fittings that accept a 3/16" allen screw for installation in recessed areas (Micro Max-Flo regs, CP "long" vertical regs, etc).
LP hose elbow fitting - $5.55/ea
This small plastic air fitting can be used for any air port threaded 10-32 (same thread as bottomline screws). The air fitting can swivel to any angle, and is push-to-connect with attaching air hose. This is especially useful for Shocker Sport air-assist fittings, or 10-32 tapped Autococker LPRs. The fitting uses a push-to-connect seal for easy removal if needed.
These fittings are made from glass-filled nylon and have a rated pressure of 290-psi. Choose your hose diameter when placing the order.

Hose & Tubing:
| Tube stock with the lowest durometer (stiffness) while at the same time the highest pressure range I can find. This means the hose can withstand several hundred psi (enough for a paintball marker's application) while at the same time having a tight bend radius so the hose can be easily manipulated. For the LP hose below, the low durometer also makes it easy to remove from barb fittings without breaking the fitting off. I also have high pressure "macroline" hose available which is rated for 1000-psi. |
Low-pressure 1/8" hose - $1/foot
This hose has an outside/inside diameter of 0.125"/0.063" and is made from 85 durometer polyurethane. The burst pressure is 500-psi (at 70ºF). This type of hose is suitable for most markers that use standard 1/8" tubing, including the following: Ion, Impulse, Intimidator, Autococker, Cyborg, and many others. Tubing is sold in lengths of one foot for $1.

Low-pressure 5/32" (4mm) hose - $1/foot
This hose has an outside/inside diameter of 4-mm/2.5-mm and is made from 95 durometer urethane. The burst pressure is 600-psi (at 75ºF). This hose is only used on Ion solenoid head barbs, but can also be used for custom projects where the smaller 1/8" hose won't provide enough air volume. Tubing is sold in lengths of one foot for $1.

Micro Pressure Gauges:
Listed below are inexpensive replacements for the name-brand gauges found on most common paintball equipment. 99% of all microgauges in paintball are all made by the same company, but these ones don't have a brand label on them, thus are cheaper. They use a 1/8" NPT connection and have a small input air filter to help lengthen their lifespans.
Specifications: Housing is made from nickel-plated brass; sensor is made from bronze. Can be used with compressed air, nitrogen, hydraulic oil, or water. Lens is made from cast acrylic. Pressure reading is rated at ±5%. |
Micro gauge 160-psi - $11.50/ea
The dial displays from 0-160 psi in 40-psi intervals. These gauges are perfect for your low-pressure applications, such as Intimidators, Quests, Autocockers, or any other markers that can use a gauge for their LPR pressure. Be cautions with these guages - pressurizing them over 160-psi will cause permanent damage!
Micro gauge 300-psi - $11.50/ea
The dial displays from 0-300 psi in 100-psi intervals. This is suitable for use on low-pressure markers, or regulators used on low-pressure markers.
Micro gauge 750-psi gauge - $11.50/ea
The dial displays from 0-750 psi in 50-psi intervals. This is suitable for "mid pressure" markers (such as Autocockers) or mid pressure regulators (such as adjustable tank regulator systems).
Micro gauge 1200-psi gauge - $11.50/ea
The dial displays from 0-1200 psi in 400-psi intervals. These gauges are suitable for higher "mid pressure" applications, such as use on HP markers, or to read tank output pressure. Especially popular with Automags since they can be tuned for higher-than-normal pressures.
Micro gauge 4000-psi - $11.50/ea
The dial displays from 0-4000 psi in 1000-psi intervals. This is the gauge you need for 3k-psi HPA tanks. These are also suitable for SCUBA fill stations.
Micro gauge 5000-psi gauge - $11.50/ea
The dial displays from 0-5000 psi in 1000-psi intervals. These gauges are strong enough to be used on 4.5k-psi HPA tanks.

Ashcroft Pressure Gauges:
Ashcroft manufactures larger sized gauges compared to the "micro gauge" styles that paintball equipment uses these days. Ashcroft gauges have a dial diameter of 1.5 inches or 3.8 centimeters and thus allow for better accuracy in the pressure reading due to the larger dial. All these gauges use a 1/8" NPT connection and accept a 7/16" wrench to install.
Specifications: Housing is made from 304 stainless steel; sensor is made from copper; threaded stud is made from brass. Can be used with compressed air, nitrogen, hydraulic oil, or water. Lens is made from cast polycarbonate. Pressure reading is rated at ±8% or tighter.
| |
Ashcroft 200-psi gauge - $10/ea
The dial displays from 0-200 psi in 5-psi intervals. These gauges are perfect for your low-pressure applications, such as Intimidators, Quests, Autocockers, or any other markers that can use a gauge for their LPR pressure.
Ashcroft 300-psi gauge - $10/ea
The dial displays from 0-300 psi in 10-psi intervals. This is suitable for use on low-pressure markers, or regulators used on low-pressure markers.
Ashcroft 700-psi gauge - $16/ea
The dial displays from 0-700 psi in 25-psi intervals. This is suitable for "mid pressure" markers (such as Autocockers) or mid pressure regulators (such as mid-pressure Max-Flo manifold systems).
Ashcroft 1200-psi gauge - $16/ea
The dial displays from 0-1200 psi in 50-psi intervals. These gauges are suitable for higher "mid pressure" applications, such as use on HP markers, or to read tank output pressure.
