Pneumatics supplies

Listed on this page are pneumatic hose, fittings, and other items related to pneumatics.

"Macroline" Air Fittings:
Norgren's macroline fittings are made from nickel-plated brass and are appropriate for use on any marker using typical 1/4" diameter macroline hose and 1/8" NPT threaded connections. A layer of thread sealant paste is pre-applied, so you won't have to use threadlocker the first time the fitting is installed.

Fixed elbow macroline fitting
$4.50 each

Fixed elbow macroline fitting
These fixed elbow fittings won't move or swivel once installed into position, and use a lower profile than the swiveling type.
Nerve and Shocker SFT vertical Max-Flo regs should use this fixed fitting, instead of the swivel type.

Swivel elbow macroline fitting
$5 each

These are 360 swiveling elbows that can rotate around toward any direction. These fitting types are suitable for most situations.

Straight macroline fitting
$4 each

These straight fittings accept a 7/16" crescent wrench to install, or a 3/16" allen key can be used on the inside if you need to install the fitting in a recessed area (Micro Max-Flo regs, CP "long" vertical regs, etc).

Low pressure air fittings:
LP hose elbow for 10-32 threaded holes
LP hose elbow for 10-32 threaded holes
These push-to-connect fittings are made from glass-filled nylon and have a rated pressure of 290-psi. Choose your hose diameter when placing the order.

LP hose elbow for 10-32 threaded holes
$5.55 each
Hose size:
This small plastic air fitting can be used for any 10-32 threaded air port (same thread as bottomline screws). The air fitting can swivel to any angle. This is especially useful for Shocker Sport air-assist fittings, or 10-32 tapped Autococker LPRs.

Hose & Tubing:
Low pressure air tubing
Low pressure air tubing
Tube stock with a low durometer (stiffness) while at the same time a reasonably high pressure range. This means the hose can withstand several hundred psi (enough for a paintball marker's use) while at the same time having a tight bend radius so the hose can be easily manipulated.
For the LP hose below, the low durometer also makes it easy to remove from barb fittings without breaking the fitting.
Note: hose burst pressures are listed below as a reference; it should be noted that the hose will probably pop off the barb/fitting before the burst pressure is reached. Typically hose barbs and fittings can only hold a hose up to about 300-psi, so higher pressures are likely to cause the hose to pop itself off. The hose itself will proably not be damaged but the end of the hose might become deformed if it gets blown off.

Low-pressure 1/8" hose
$0.99 per foot
Color:
This hose has an outside/inside diameter of 0.125"/0.063". Hose of this size is suitable for most markers that use standard 1/8" tubing, including the following: Ions, Impulses, Intimidators, Autocockers, Cyborgs, and many others.
Specifications: 1/8" hose is made from 85 durometer polyurethane, with a rated burst pressure of 500-psi (at 70F).

Low-pressure 5/32" (4mm) hose
$0.99 per foot
Color:
This hose has an outside/inside diameter of 4-mm/2.5-mm. This hose is most commonly used on Ion solenoid head barbs, but can also be used for custom projects where the smaller 1/8" hose won't provide enough air volume.
Specifications: 1/8" hose is made from 95 durometer polyurethane, with a rated burst pressure of 600-psi (at 70F).
