Note: I-LEB milling is suspended until further notice. We can do the wiring installation, but no milling at this time. Please contact one of the other milling shops/installers for their milling rates, if needed.

The popularity of retrofitting beam-break eyes into Shockers urged me to create this custom product, which takes that goal and applies it to every Shocker out there. Previously, you were forced to use a board programmed for beam-break eyes in order to have them installed in your gun (meaning, had to use the Predator board). This is no longer the case.

I-LEB is a drop-in "converter" circuit that allows you to use a custom-installed beam-break eye set in your Shocker, while utilizing any lower board made for reflective eyes...even the stock board. The converter is spliced into a new drop-in wire harness, designed to keep the additional wiring to an absolute minimum.
Seen below is the new I-LEB harness. The beam-break eye wiring connects to the new plug on the converter chip.

Seen above is the current version I-LEB converter, which utilizes a layer of shrink tubing (red) to help keep the excess wires collected together. This is what it looks like under the tubing:

After having been properly installed, the wiring looks like this:

How it Works:
In brief, the I-LEB functions by taking the eye system control away from the upper board and re-routing it to the I-LEB's converter chip. The chip then converts the beam-break eye signal into a signal that can be recognized by the reflective board. The marker then functions as if reflective eyes were installed.
This was originally a custom project of mine that I built for my own Shockers. It didn't take me long to realize it functioned so well that I felt it was my obligation to offer it as a service to other people. I won't bore anyone with the technical explaniations, but suffice it to say this is an extremely adaptive, reliable, and well-performing modification, designed by an expert in optoelectronics theory. More development went into this in my spare time, than some companies put into their mass-produced marker eye systems. (how sad is that)

Eye Milling and Installation: (costs, etc)
This is the tricky part. The I-LEB will take care of the wiring, but you will need to get your Shocker milled to accept the new eye system before it can be used. I can provide the milling, however I do not mill for a second eye cover. My milling methods involve notching the body and using heat-shrink to cover the wires. The wires are then recessed into the body notch; a picture can be seen here (contact for more pictures). If you want a new eye cover then you can make one yourself, or send the body away to be milled elsewhere, and sent back here me for the wiring installation.

· Full milling and wiring install (using the notched eye method described in the above paragraph) costs $65 plus shipping. This includes milling the body and installing the eyes (your choice of visible colored eyes, or infrared eye).
· Price for the eye install only (no milling) is $50 plus shipping. This includes installing the converter and beam-break wire harness into the marker after you've had it milled elsewhere. For eye cover milling I suggest you check out EPM, SpeedsCustom on pbnation, or other custom shops that offer the service.

At the moment there is no self-install kit. The reason for this is because the milling of the bodies and mounting of the eyes is a task that I can't warrant, and I don't want people to make mistakes.
Dealers: contact me for wholesale pricing and minimum order on the converter and instructions for installation.
