Scenario game held at Hell Survivors in May 2008. The game consisted of a large African "Somali" white team against a smaller American "Ranger" blue team. The blue team had medics on the field to heal players, and there were some other scenario rules as well (rocket launchers destroying bunkers, etc).
Daylight play:
| Part 1 Highlands |
High-res (50-MB) | The Ranger team is immeditely surrounded within the Highlands base, then is driven out from it into the corner of the field. Somali team eventually sweeps through the entire area. |
| Part 2 Firebase Bravo |
High-res (44-MB) | Ranger team defends Bravo from attackers to the West and South. A wave of Somali menage to move up toward the South bridge but can't cross it effectively. |
| Part 3 Firebase Bravo |
High-res (29-MB) | Rangers continue to defend the Firebase, but the Somali team eventually moves in from the West and takes it over. |
| Part 4 Tippmann Towers |
High-res (47-MB) | This is a battle between two huge groups, Rangers in and around the Towers against Somali on the opposing three sides. The game quickly shifts toward the Somali attackers, who are eventually able to move in. |
| Part 5 Highlands |
High-res (22-MB) | A large group of Rangers are within the Highlands base, mostly surrounded on all sides but able to hold the base well. Somali attackers are concentrated mostly in front of the base. |
| Part 6 Highlands |
High-res (37-MB) | Somali are able to move up toward the side of the base, and eventually make their way inside. The three-story building still has several players inside defending it so their progress is significantly slowed. |
Night play:
This involved playing in the dusk then later a few hours in pitch blackness. The moon was out in full, but it was still virtually impossible to see anything, even in an open field.
I took a lot of video but much of it is nothing more than audio, due to the blackness. One guy in our group brought out a 15 million candlepower floodlight which he used to lighten up the entire arena at once, which is most of the footage below.
